Premium
Our Premium service is the most effective way to dispute your property value. A State Licensed Appraiser will come to your home and complete a full appraisal on your property. We then provide you the appraisal and the necessary documents for your tax appeal process. This service is the best way to present your case for Lower Property Taxes. This service for most homes is 295.00 but may vary by the complexity of the appraisal assignment. There are as many different procedures for appealing assessments as there are property taxing districts, so it's important to enlist the help of a professional appraisal firm that's experienced and trained in the ins and outs of your particular jurisdiction.
